How it works

Protein

Mix in a shaker bottle and drink within an hour after the workout is done. On rest days, take any time of day.

Pre workout

Fit Chick Energy about 30 minutes before the exercise. Mix in shaker bottle or just stir in a glass of water. 

BCAAs

Take the BCAAs during the workout, or immediately after. Don't consume it on rest days. Drink it separate from the protein shake.

Luckily, my boyfriend had been lifting for a decade, and he already tried everything there is. He helped me pick out the supps I needed, and told me which ones to steer clear from. FAQ

How do I properly use the bundle? 

Mix together the protein in a shaker bottle with about 8-10oz of water and consume within an hour after exercise. On rest days, consume any time. The BCAAs should be taken on exercise days during or immediately after the workout. The preworkout should be taken about 30 minutes before exercise. 

What is Prewrokout?

A pre-workout supplement is a powder you mix and drink immediately before an exercise. Pre-workout usually contains caffeine and a number of other ingredients with various mental / physical effects. Think of an energy drink, except way better. The point is to get you primed to lift. Fit Chick Energy is no different, What makes Fit Chick Energy unique, however, is the exact set of ingredients and portions we put into every scoop. 

What are BCAAs?

Protein is made up of amino acids. There's 9 essential amino acids that your body cannot produce on it's own, and must be obtained through nutrition. Of these 9, three are branch chain: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These three in particular have been linked to plenty of muscle building benefits.

How do I mix the protein?

Even though Pretty Protein mixes easily, you'll still want a dedicated shaker bottle to ensure all clumps are removed. Stirring with a spoon in a glass may leave clumps. 

How long until I see results? 

Dietary supplements, in combination with an effective workout regiment and proper nutrition, can improve performance and body composition long term. There is no get fit quick scheme, just hard work with the aid of supplements. 

Are supplements necessary? 

Let's be clear, you can certainly make progress without the use of any dietary supplements.
